Tina and I spent most of July 4th birding with some very knowledgeable birding friends in Washington and Ramsey County. We observed many species taking care of family duties, such as caring for their new 2009 fledglings. Here are a couple of pictures of some very new young birds making a lot of noise waiting for Mom to bring them lunch. See if you can identify this bird….
