Yesterday, while flying a Red-tailed Hawk, a young 1st year bird stopped by to say hello. It was quite remarkable to see a wild bird fly in and land within 30 feet of us. He was quite curious about ‘our’ bird and the blue nylon rope that he/she was attached to.
