Today was all about cuteness. I took one of my cute granddaughters to help release a cute baby Great Horned Owl and also saw a pretty cute mini horse in the process. The Raptor Center received a 8-week old GHOW yesterday that was deemed fit and I was asked to return it to its home today. Phaedra and Izzy went along for the release and Phaedra was kind enough to shoot pictures of the process. The location was a 10-acre hobby farm about 30 miles north of town with horses. We were able to not only find the nest, but a sibling and parent.
