Spring is for building nests

Tina and I found several bird species building nests yesterday on our walk.  Here are some not so great shots of a Ruby-throated Hummingbird beginning a new nest high in the tree tops.

Northern Waterthrush

2 weekends of camping in Frontenac looking for birds. Not a lot of warblers were seen although still fun. We did catch a few including a Blue-winged Warbler and this Northern Waterthrush.
