Trumpeter Swan @ Black Dog

We made a quick trip to Black Dog Lake along the Minnesota River to day to see if we could spot any more eagles or the Trumpeter Swans mentioned in other blogs. We were treated to 2 different eagles and 15 magnificent Trumpeter Swans at the East Gate of Black Dog Lake. We explored a bot more of the lakes, but only found a host of mallards at the few spots with open water.
