American Wigeon

A small flock of American Wigeon showed up today in one of our resident ponds.  The warm southern breezes have a lot of birds sticking around longer than usual I presume.  Even saw a pair of Wood Ducks today.

Fall Migration

A small mixed-flock of warblers came through the backyard today.  Had Chestnut-sided, Redstart. Tennessee and Nashville Warblers as well as a pair of Ruby-crowned Kinglets.
